His most recent book is Convicting the Innocent.  “More than nine in 10 Virginia police agencies have failed to fully implement guidelines for police lineups and other eyewitness interviewing techniques despite a 2005 state law and several wrongful convictions tied to misidentifications, according to a new study.” (read more at the Washington Post).
