Tragic Death

Twenty-six-year old Robert Ethan Saylor died at the hands of off-duty police officers at a suburban mall in Frederick, Maryland in January 2013. They were trying to force him out of a movie theater. He was screaming for his mom when he died. Robert Saylor had Down syndrome.
