TOPIC: The federal government has a nation-wide ban on the use of drone-mounted cameras by journalists— while at the same time green-lighting the use of cameras and increased surveillance systems to monitor and to spy on the citizenry. Mickey Osterreicher explores this and related issues of First Amendment freedoms, Fourth Amendment concerns, videotaping police officers, and much more. Mickey also reacts to the tragic news out of New York of a man who was suffocated to death by a police officer, which was caught on camera, and he talks about the use of body cameras by police officers.
