Garrett Epps
GUEST: Legal scholar, essayist, novelist Garrett Epps joins Coy to explore the case of Kim Davis, Rowan County Kentucky Clerk who defied the Courts by refusing to issue same-sex marriage licenses. Garrett also discusses the recent conservative attack on the Fourteenth Amendment, and recalls the legacy of the late Julian Bond.
